Delete your account

Wordblox was previously called Wordigo. These instructions apply to accounts using either name.

In the updated app, you can also open Settings → Delete Account and follow the confirmation steps.

Wordblox users can request deletion of their account and associated data by contacting us at support@timedilationstudio.com.

To request account deletion, send an email to:

support@timedilationstudio.com

Please include the email address associated with your Wordblox account. For your privacy and security, we may ask you to verify that you control the account before completing the deletion request.

What Will Be Deleted

When your Wordblox account is deleted, we will delete or anonymize account data associated with your account, including:

- Account profile information

- Saved game progress

- Puzzle history

- Coins, hints, and other in-app game balances

- Leaderboard entries associated with your account

- Push notification preferences and device tokens

What May Be Retained

Some information may be retained if needed for legitimate reasons such as security, fraud prevention, purchase verification, accounting, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or platform policy requirements.

Timing

We will review and process deletion requests within a reasonable period of time after verifying the request.
